Honeycomb Photography is a well established Family Photography Studio in Cambridgeshire and has been photographing families for years! Our lead photographer and studio owner Kate, is dedicated and passionate about her work, continuously striving for excellence to create beautiful photographs, whilst offering a customer service experience that is second to none.
Our photography studio in St. Neots is large enough for multi-generation family portrait photographs, yet small enough to feel comfortable and relaxed. Kate is also an animal lover, so she welcomes pets in the studio to be involved in family portrait photographs, and also for their own pet photography sessions!
Family portrait sessions last up to an hour, where there is plenty of time for background and/or outfit changes. When photographing large family groups, sessions start with the full family and then can be broken down in to smaller groups as you would like.
Before your family photo-shoot, we’ll explain everything to you so you know what to expect and we’ll offer tips and advice on what’s best to wear or best to avoid, so that you get the most out of your photo-shoot experience.

Our head photographer and studio owner Kate, describes her own style of photographing families as ’natural, fun, yet aesthetically balanced images’ and likes to combine a certain element of ‘posing families’ with the natural reactions and interactions of family members. Kira is our part-time photographer and has also been photographing for many years; she is experienced with babies, children and families. We have a great selection of backdrops and colours to work with and like to choose colours that will compliment your personal style, skin tones and outfit colours.
